You will get an email notification that your entry was received, this is your receipt showing that you have registered. In addition, you will get a receipt when you drop off your quilt. If it is 84" wide or wider, it will either have a split sleeve (preferred) or it will have a small slit in the sleeve to accomodate a hanger in the middle to support the weight.
